Today is the 3rd and last day of the camp. In the morning, I was shocked when we were told to run 2.4km. I couldn't even run 1.6km without feeling exhausted and dizzy. Fortunately, I completed the run in 15min without feeling too tired as I kept stopping to walk during the run.
Yesterday we had our campfire and we sang many cheers. It was fun but I had to bear with the smoke from the fire, which was horrible.
Soon, we packed our belongings and went back to school. Bye....... By the way, can you tell me what's your CCA? Please post in the cbox

Today is 2nd day, btw, forgot to tell you that my form teacher asked us to write 3 journals for the 3 days of our camp and our reflections about the camp, a total of 1800 words!!! Forget about that. Anyway, I'm having form teachers' time, kayaking, rope courses and zipline + abseiling later. Form teachers' time was stupid, playing some ice breaker games and all that. After that, we went for kayaking, which is rowing a boat. It is quite similar to canoeing except that we use paddles instead of oars(for your info, paddles have 2 sides to row with, oars only have 1). Paddling was hard work and my arms were aching very soon. After that was lunch, then rope course. Rope course is mostly about high elements. I tried the one which was walking on a log from one side to the other, nothing interesting. After that was zipline and abseiling. I absolutely LOVED the zipline, but lets talk about abseiling 1st. Abseiling seemed quite scary when you look down from above, especially when the guy asks you to step on the edge of the platform and and lean backwards and start abseiling. Other than that, it was ok. The scariest part of zipline was when you needed to jump down, like committing suicide. Then as you zip down the cable, you would be able to feel the wind blowing towards you with great force. After this was the end of the activities. Tomorrow can finally go home. =P

On the 4th to 6th of January, I had my VS orientation camp. The camp was GREAT fun. My camp was at the MOE adventure camp place. On the 1st day, the activities I had was cluster games and nature rumble. Cluster games was basically 3 games, cats and mice(catching), bouncing babys(Captain's water balloon), and human chess. Nature rumble was Xtremely fun and we got ourselves wet and muddy(not so muddy as other classes as it was raining and we had to skip a mud station). We went to a forest for nature rumble and sometimes the ground would be very muddy and slippery. Without the help of our peer leaders and seniors, we would not have been able to complete this. As we reached quite near the end, it started raining and we had to skip a station, which will get us REALLY muddy. As it rained, it got heavier and heavier and soon, it was raining cats and dogs(no kidding, I'm serious). After that, we all ran back to the campside, soaked from head to toe, and we went to bathe. Well, that's the end for today, I'll say more about tomorrow. -
